Admin-as-a-Service is our managed and co-managed IT administration offering. We take over the day-to-day running of your IT environment — user management, devices, Microsoft 365, security, and updates — as an external team, so you get professional IT operations without needing a full in-house IT department.
Yes. We take over and manage existing Microsoft 365 tenants, including mailboxes, Teams, and security settings. You do not need to migrate to a new tenant or change your existing setup to start working with us.
A 24/7 helpdesk handles incoming requests around the clock via an external phone service, which escalates to a ThreeBIT technician in Germany when needed. For non-urgent matters you can also submit a ticket at any time through the support request form on this page.
We prioritise by urgency — critical incidents are picked up first. The more detail you provide when opening a ticket (see "How do I open a support ticket?"), the faster we can act on your request.
We are based in Ibbenbüren, Germany, and work with customers in German and English.
Use the support request form on this page — select your product or service, provide your customer number if you have one, and describe the issue. You will receive a confirmation by email once the ticket is created.
The form is open to everyone; a customer number is optional. Existing customers receive the fastest routing, and prospects are very welcome to reach out as well.
