OVERVIEW

What does PARDZ do?

PARDZ Fitness Company (operated by IKA SPORTS INVESTMENT GMBH, HRB 14849 Steinfurt) is an independent fitness facility in Lengerich, Westphalia — 2,000 m² of training floor open 365 days a year. The studio combines a traditional plate-loaded zone, the EGYM smart training system, a dedicated Ladies Area, Cyber-Cycling, and a K1 kickboxing programme led by a world and European champion.

Memberships run €39.90–€59.90 per month with no minimum term — monthly cancellable per German law. PARDZ accepts Hansefit and EGYM Wellpass cards alongside its own membership and runs nutrition planning and body composition analytics as part of every tier.

PARTNERSHIP

Why is PARDZ Xircuit's first development partner?

PARDZ is the first customer to run Xircuit in production — and the first to also help shape it. The platform handles every operational system the gym needs, and PARDZ's daily reality (which Cyber-Cycling slot fills first, what owners actually look at in a dashboard, which dunning copy lands) feeds directly into the Xircuit roadmap.

Xircuit has run PARDZ since Grand Opening day, 14 December 2024. The deployment was not a phased rollout — every member who walked in on day one was managed in Xircuit from day one.

CHALLENGE

What did PARDZ need from a gym operating system?

An independent gym with serious tech ambitions has a choice: stitch together a CRM, a booking tool, a billing provider, an access-control vendor, a comms platform, and a spreadsheet — or run one integrated operating system. PARDZ chose the second.

The non-negotiables were German tax compliance, monthly-cancellable contracts, SEPA billing with dunning, GDPR-clean member data handling, and same-day integration with Hansefit and EGYM Wellpass. Every gym operating system can do some of this — PARDZ needed all of it from a single login.

SOLUTION

What does the Xircuit stack run for PARDZ today?

Member operations

Membership records, contracts at the €39.90–€59.90 tiers, SEPA mandates, recurring billing, dunning on failed payments, and monthly cancellation per German consumer law — all on Xircuit, all from one member profile.

Daily floor operations

Booking for classes, Cyber-Cycling slots, K1 sessions, and Lady Fitness, with capacity limits and waitlists. Member check-in and access control at the door. Hansefit and EGYM Wellpass entries land in the same booking flow as direct PARDZ members.

Owner toolkit

Staff and member communications — automated and broadcast. Dashboards for occupancy, retention, MRR, and the cohort views the owners actually use. Reporting that closes the loop from "the gym got busier on Tuesday" to "this campaign worked".

RESULTS

What changed for PARDZ?

One system replaces many

One operating model, one login, one source of truth for every member. The patchwork stack the alternative would have required — six vendors, six contracts, six integrations — never had to happen.

Day-one capacity

PARDZ launched with 500+ founding members already onboarded into Xircuit on Grand Opening day. No data migration phase, no parallel-systems period, no spreadsheet handover.

Wellpass & Hansefit on one membership

Hansefit and EGYM Wellpass members book and check in through the same Xircuit flow as direct PARDZ members. The multi-platform integration is invisible to the person at the door.

Feedback loop into the roadmap

PARDZ's operators surface what Xircuit's next quarter should ship. The development-partner relationship means a real Tuesday-morning problem at the front desk becomes a roadmap item, not a support ticket.

QUESTIONS

Frequently asked questions

Xircuit is ThreeBIT's SaaS platform for operating a service business end-to-end — membership management, booking, billing, communications, access control, and reporting on a single login. Built on the Microsoft stack and GDPR-clean by default. See xircuit.com.

PARDZ went live on Xircuit on Grand Opening day, 14 December 2024 — the first customer to run the full platform in production. The relationship is bidirectional: ThreeBIT operates PARDZ's stack, and PARDZ's daily operational reality shapes which Xircuit features ship next.

Member management, class and session booking, SEPA billing with dunning, access control and check-in, member and staff communications, reporting and analytics, plus the public marketing site at pardz.de and a member portal UI. The full operational stack runs on Xircuit.

Yes. Both integrations are live at PARDZ today — Hansefit and EGYM Wellpass members book and check in through the same flow as direct members. The integration is invisible to the member.

Yes. Xircuit is a generalised SaaS — PARDZ is the first deployment in the gym vertical, and the platform fits adjacent operations: studios, wellness facilities, training centres. Get in touch via the contact page to talk about your operation.
